Trade Mission to Malaysia and Hong Kong: March 14-17, 2009. The World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia (WTCGP) will lead a business development mission in coordination with a Drexel LeBow MBA College Study tour. You will have opportunities for face to face meetings with prospective business partners.
Registration Fee: $500 for one country or $1,000 for both countries. Another option is $500 to be represented by a WTCGP representative. Deadline: December 31, 2008
Trade Mission to Japan FOODEX 2009: March 3-6, 2009.
Pennsylvania will have several booths in the US Pavilion where your samples will be shown. There are two options for participation: Option 1 -$450 per company. Travel to
Japan and participate in person. You will receive space to display your products and you will have a customized itinerary of meetings. Option 2 - $150 per company. Send only your samples and catalogues to Japan and our trade representative in

Trade Mission to Mexico: March 23-27, 2009. Pennsylvania's is partnering with the PA Hardwoods Development Council and Duquesne University’s Small Business Development Center for this opportunity to make business connections. For more information, see the PDF link.
Registration Fee: $250, Deadline: February 17, 2009
Trade Mission to Dubai, United Arab Emirates: April 21-23, 2009. Opportunity to participate in the USA Pavilion at the Dubai Wood Show coordinated by the Hardwood States Export group.
Registration Fee: $800 for 9 square meter booth. Deadline: January 16, 2009.
Trade Mission to Israel, Jordan, and Turkey: June 13-20, 2009. Pennsylvania will travel to these countries with the purpose to assist PA companies in exporting their products and services. You will receive pre-arranged one-on-one business appointments with prospective companies. Best prospects include: medical equipment and services, defense and security applications, electronic components, environmental/water resource equipment, agricultural applications, and telecommunications equipment.(Please note, ILSI-BioMed will be held concurrently with the Israel portion of the trade Mission.)
Registration Fee: $500, Deadline: March 31, 2009.
Trade Show: ILSA-BIO Med in Tel-Aviv, Israel: June 15-17, 2009. Pennsylvania will have a booth at this event which targets companies interested in research and development, joint ventures, contact with the international life science community, and similair academic pursuits. You receive booth space and pre-arranged one-on-one meetings. Best prospects include: medical devices, drugs, vaccines, bio technology, lab equipment, financial services for industry, and technical services for the industry.
Registration Fee: $350, Deadline: March 31, 2009.
